Sometimes, a URL should be listed under more than one keyword. This is a shortcoming of bookmarks because some URLs really do need to be listed in several places in order to be found.

In Hotwire's case, this is true because some people will look for it under "Price Comparisons" since it does present a comparison of airline fares. But others will look for it under the keyword "Vendors" because Hotwire is the point of purchase for airline tickets.

Paul keeps the box checked for "Price Comparisons" and also checks the box for "Vendors". Once he clicks that form's Add button, he'll see both keywords where it now shows only "Business / E-Commerce / Price Comparisons".
