Paul has noticed that the KB Meister knowledge base has grown so large that finding the right info can take a while. He also noticed that most of the info he really wants to see has been entered originally into KB Meister by himself, and URLs liked by his work colleague, Amber Chavez. Paul decides he wants to restrict his KB Meister view to just his and Amber's URLs.

He clicks on the Preferences button to see the form below. He picks his own name on the Originated By picklist, and picks Amber from the User list. This last choice will display URLs where Amber has added her name to the URL's users list.

Then Paul uses the calendar tool to select a date for the Visited Since field. He enters "8/10/2002" to view only those visited recently. He leaves the remaining fields blank.

Sometimes Paul knows something peculiar about a URL, something he can search for directly. Click on the Search slide to see an approach that is sometimes faster than drilling down through KB Meister's keywords.
