Once Paul has entered the main categories for the information he wants to put into KB Meister, he can add sub-categories (a.k.a. sub-keywords). He uses the sub-keyword arrow Sub-keyword Arrow under any keyword to do that.

He can click any plus icon Plus Icon to reveal a keyword's sub-keywords (and get the minus icon Minus Icon to close it back), much like a common file directory management system. In the example below, Paul expanded "Business" and then its sub-keyword "E-Commerce" to its sub-sub-keyword "Price Shopping" (which has no plus icon since it has no sub-keywords).

He can also use the edit pencil Edit Pencil Icon to change a keyword or the trash can icon Trash Can Icon to delete it, assuming he has the access rights of a systems administrator. In the example below, Paul changed the keyword "Price Shopping" to "Price Comparisons".

Putting together the structure to knowledge will take Paul some time. Done well, it will become one of Intern Info's major online assets. If it reflects how this specialized community catalogues its information, the portal will become a regularly used tool for the community members.

Click on the Add URL slide to see how Paul enters information into the keyword structure he has established.
